At home in Apple Health
Keep brushing sessions alongside your other health information. You choose whether Spazzolino can read or write toothbrushing events, and you can change access in Health.
A few things you might wonder
No. Your profile and reminders live on your device. With your permission, brushing sessions are recorded in Apple Health. There is no Spazzolino account or cloud history service.
Yes. Spazzolino is a routine companion, not a connected toothbrush controller. Use a manual or electric toothbrush and follow the brushing advice from your dentist.
Both are optional. You can use the guided timer without saving a session. Enable Health when you want to record sessions, and allow notifications when you want reminders.
Start a timer, log a session with Health access, and check your daily progress. The Watch can receive your goal and timer duration from the paired iPhone. Health history availability depends on your Health and device settings.
Twice a day for two minutes is a common starting point. Your dentist's individual advice comes first. Spazzolino helps you track a habit; it does not diagnose or treat dental conditions. Read the American Dental Association's guidance

Privacy, in plain words
Last updated 2 October 2026.
Your name, toothbrush choice, goals and reminders are saved on your device. A paired Apple Watch can receive your goal and timer duration.
Brushing sessions are stored in Apple Health. Spazzolino requests only toothbrushing-event access, with your permission. You control access in Health. Cross-device Health availability depends on Apple's services and your settings.
Health and notifications are optional. You can change permissions in Health or Settings. Sessions recorded by Spazzolino can be edited or deleted in the app. Sessions from another source must be managed in that app or Apple Health.
Spazzolino does not require an account, run ads or upload your brushing history to its own server.
We do not add analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or browser storage. The timer preview runs in memory in your browser and saves nothing.
